Rules for grading ¦ Regulations for promotion

All students must be born again and have a testimony. Must agree with the confession of faith of the school.

1. Must live an exemplary life.
2. Students must comply with the academic policies of the school.
3. Students are advised and encouraged to do all homework given.
4. When in need of counsel, all students can approach any member of faculty.
5. Students should be active in their local churches or areas of their ministry.
6. Students must live in harmony with one another in pure Christian love.
7. Evidence of engagement in sinful acts lead to suspension from the school.
8. Disputes, jealousy and pride are not of the Spirit and are thus discouraged.
9. All difficult issues should be first addressed to the class lecturer and only when this cannot be handled at this level should it be addressed to the assistant Director.
10. All students of EBPV are encouraged to be protective of one another and examples of the brethren.
11. All students have a matriculation number and a student ID card which is valid for the school year and must always bring these to all exams.
12. Disrespect for staff, faculty members or the director leads to disciplinary action (as decided by the school leadership).
13. All students must be discipline and punctual for all lectures.

The grades have been calculated according to the American system:
The final grades are letter grades. They are established from the number grades (100/100) using table 1.
The cumulative grade point average for the trimester is based on the number grade average of all the subjects, which is the converted in letter grades using the more detailed table 2.
